Personal Statement

Ekam Yogashala based in Rishikesh is driven by the mission to spread the knowledge of traditional yoga to the world and keep its sanctity alive. Through its courses, it imbibes the yogis to adopt the yoga style passed down to us by our ancestors. The School conducts courses in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training courses and organizes retreat programs.
