How Does Email Sending Process Work?

Normally, people make use of email for sharing the information among different groups easily. The communications is taken place using three protocols like IMAP, POP, SMTP and know about how the mail sending process works and what https://spammer.ro/ spamming tools are used.

  • The Internet Mail Access Protocol is used while you are receiving an email, when one sends the email using the IMAP the email will be present in the server and will not get downloaded to the user's mailbox and it gets deleted from the server and this helps to have the less memory that has been used by the local computer.
  • The Post Office Protocol is used for the incoming emails and the main difference is with both protocols that are used in the POP download.
  • The email is sent with the support of the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol.

How does this process get started?

First, the sender needs to enter the email address of the particular recipient that should hold the message and this process is complete at the local systems. Once it gets completed, then is press send button and it will go to the MTA and this communication process is carried out via SMTP protocol.

The next action is DNS, the system will send a required to locate out the related MTA of the receiver and this process will get completed with the support of the MX record. In this zone, the receivers address domain will have the Mail Exchange (MX) record. It represents the mail server of the domain after this look-up process response will be given back to the requested mail server with a particular IP address to the recipient mail server. This is how the “TO” mail is identified.

After this process get completes, then the next process is used for transferring the message between the mail servers and here for this process the SMTP acts as a communication channel, now the message is with the MTA.

How does the mail get delivered?

Finally, the message will be transmit to the MTA and then again it will be transmit to the recipient’s system and for this two protocols are used. The email will be downloaded in your local computer there you can make use of the POP3 in that the copy of the server will get deleted. If in case, when you use the IMAP then the protocol followed is different, with its support the user can simply use the emails on that server itself. During this mail transaction when some error occurs over there then the mail would get delayed and it would remain pending in the mail queue and the mail server will keep on trying to resent them back. If in case the mail server fails then it bounces back the email message to the sender address immediately, even there are a lot of possibilities for you to bounce back your email. If you should avoid that there is a need for you to correctly enter the email address.
