Bryan Kest's Poweryoga

"What is your company's name?" seemed like the most logical way to begin my interview with power yoga bryan kest, co-founder of Yoga Alliance and inventor of Power Yoga Santa Monica, on YOGITIMES.

power yoga bryan kest  was born in the year 1964. He was a resident of Detroit, Michigan. In 1979, his father, a doctor, pushed him to begin practicing yoga. Kest was sent to Hawaii when he was 16 years old to learn with David Williams, the guy who brought Ashtanga Yoga to the United States. In 1983, Kest flew to Mysore for the first time to prepare with K. Pattabhi Jois, the creator of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

power yoga bryan kest  returned to the United States a year later to study holistic health and nutrition at Ryokan College in Los Angeles, California. He also served as a yoga therapist for patients at Esteem, a disordered eating treatment center in Santa Monica.

power yoga bryan kest's first yoga studio, Santa Monica Power Yoga, opened in 1995. Kest has included meditation into his classroom teaching and teacher training since learning with S.N. Goenka. power yoga bryan kest's contribution class style was inspired by Vipassana meditation teachings.

With Jazmine Bruno, whom he divorced in 2015, he had three gorgeous children. He and his girlfriend, Melissa, now reside in the mountains outside of Santa Barbara, California, with their kid.

He's still preaching to the thousands of poweryoga yogis who attend his intense poweryoga fitness classes at the age of 58, and a simple question isn't always a simple one. Nonetheless, Kest is evidence that powerflow yoga has transformed the lives of numerous people.

He adds casually, "I'm not sure whether it's Santa Monica Power Yoga or PowerYoga.com." One of his business partners, Christine Fang, agrees to respond to the investigation.

power yoga bryan kest  is a living example of the power of poweryoga.

If you think power yoga bryan kest   is a flaky yogi who just practices poweryoga, you're wrong. This exchange demonstrates his outlandish and eccentric way of living. Without depending on ego, results, flashy logos, or trademarks, his firm has thrived in the powerflow yoga market.

Regardless of its name, Kest Yoga is a force to be reckoned with. Finally, they decided on this name, and it was delivered the next day, as promised.

His booming poweryoga company, Santa Monica Power Yoga, is handled by a staff of nine individuals with a variety of income sources. In Santa Monica, they operate two donation-based poweryoga studios.

Poweryoga offers web-based and in-studio retail shops, as well as powerflow yoga DVDs other multimedia items, as well as a global distribution and operational infrastructure for establishing businesses.

It's amazing coming from someone who professes to have "never had a vision in his life," and I still don't. When I grow up, I'm not sure what I want to do with my life."

The poweryoga community is very resilient.

Bryan Kest, 58, has been teaching poweryoga for four decades and has established himself as one of the field's most popular teachers.

He started his yogi adventure at the age of 15 on the advice of his doctor father, who was so convinced of the advantages of poweryoga that he threatened to evict his young son if he didn't do it.

Bryan Kest was drawn to the field right away. Soon after, he relocated to Maui, where he learned with famous instructors David Williams and Brad Ramsey. Kent then flew to Mysore, India, to study with Pattabhi Jois, the founder of the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute.

Bryan's first particular formulation occurred immediately after he landed in Los Angeles. A family friend approached him when his wife came up with the concept of teaching powerflow yoga to her eating problem patients.

His energizing teaching approach piqued people's curiosity. Kent was soon teaching power yoga fitness programs in gyms and studios around Los Angeles.

Bryan Kest has been teaching poweryoga online through his web platform with on-demand and live courses since relocating to the foothills near Santa Barbara, California.
